Stayed in a cozy room with a comfortable bed and a small desk for studying. The separate bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water. The hostel had two well-equipped kitchens and a lovely garden and terrace for relaxation. The friendly staff ensured a quiet and peaceful atmosphere at night. The hostel also had good wifi and amenities nearby, such as a bakery and a tienda.
There were some issues with the dorm on the ground floor, as random people would enter to use the toilet, which made me feel unsafe. The lack of lockers and open doors added to this concern.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. the hostel was the cleanest I've ever been to, with beds so comfy you could sleep for days. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the sights. I also loved the fact that the hostel had a nice yard with hammocks where you could relax and unwind.
That there could have been more bathrooms and toilets, which led to some waiting time during busy periods. it was well worth it considering the excellent service provided by the staff.

Best SA hostel we've stayed in! the hostel itself is beautiful with a big roof terrace and garden. Everything is spotless and the bunk beds are comfy. the staff is friendly and attentive, constantly cleaning. the hostel has a tranquil atmosphere and is very secure with big individual lockers. Wifi is strong and there are plenty of places to charge devices.
The courtyard can get quite cold, it would be nice to have a fire pit or outdoor heater. the bathrooms could be cleaner and there were times when there weren't enough for the number of people staying.

I had an amazing stay at this massive and beautiful hostel! The facilities were top-notch, the beds were comfortable, and the value for money was fantastic. The location right in the center of town was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home. It was a great place to meet fellow travelers and the common area was a perfect spot to hang out and make new friends.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement.
